Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Address Changes & Order Edits

PO Boxes & Restricted Addresses
- Some carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes or certain addresses. If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you to arrange alternatives.
Delivery Issues
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Once marked “Delivered” by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. If you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors/building management and contact the carrier. Then reach out to us and we’ll assist where possible.
- Delayed Shipments: Weather, customs, or carrier issues can cause delays beyond our control. Thank you for your patience.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can make it right.
- Returned to Sender: Orders returned due to incorrect/incomplete address or unclaimed delivery may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
- Any applicable free-shipping promotions apply to the original shipment only.
Holiday & Peak Periods
During holidays or high-volume periods, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.
